The Wretch was perhaps a precursor to the Slasher in Killing Floor 2, as like that enemy it was basically a stronger Clot with a different movement pattern. There is a chance that two of them will spawn instead of a regular Fleshpound. The Wretch was a specimen that appeared in the early versions of the original Killing Floor Mod, but it was removed in 2.0 with the Siren taking it's spot. Unlike a regular Fleshpound, Quarter Pounds are not weak against Explosives, but do have lower resistances overall. The glowing core on their chest also serves as a weakpoint, taking 10% extra damage from all attacks.Īfter being decapitated, Quarter Pounds take 7 seconds to bleed out, instead of the standard 5. Attacks to their gauntlets always deal 80% less damage. When not enraged, Quarter Pounds also posses the ability to block, reducing all damage taken by 10%. Alternatively, it will calm down after not seeing a player for 30 seconds.Įnraged Quarter Pounds can damage other zeds when charging, so they will attempt to get out of its way. Rage will end once it successfully lands a hit on a player or they are hit with an EMP Grenade. While enraged, they cannot dodge to avoid grenades. On Suicidal Difficulty there is a 20% chance for it to spawn already enraged, and a 33% chance on Hell on Earth.
Once enraged, the light on its chest changes from yellow to red. Like the regular Fleshpound, it will enrage after sustaining a certain amount of damage. It originally was exclusive to the Poundamonium Weekly Outbreak as minions to the King Fleshpound. The Quarter Pound is a specimen in Killing Floor 2.
